Access to Records and Financial Statements
At all reasonable times for as long as records are maintained, persons duly authorized by the Department and/or Federal auditors, pursuant to 45 CFR Part 75, shall be allowed full access to and the right to examine any of the contractor's contracts and related records and documents, which directly relate to the provision of commodities and services provided under this contract, regardless of the form in which kept. Pursuant to the Federal Single Audit Act and Regulations found at 45 CFR 75.501, a non-Federal entity that expends $750,000 or more during the non-Federal entity's fiscal year in Federal awards must have a single audit conducted in accordance with 45 CFR 75.514. This applies to all federal funds granted, not just Title IV-D funds under your contract with the Department of Revenue.
