This video shows you how to complete the Florida Child Support Program form titled Title IV-D Standard Parenting Time Plan Form. The Child Support Program sends this form to both parents when both parents live in Florida and there is no indication of family violence. The Title IV-D Standard Parenting Time Plan is a document that may be agreed to by both parents to provide the parent who owes support a minimum amount of time with their child. The plan includes timetables that specify the time, including overnights and holidays, that a child is entitled to spend with each parent.
If parents do not already have their own parenting time plan in place, and want to have one incorporated into an administrative order that establishes paternity or modifies support, they can complete this form.
