Cost Studies
The Child Support Program contracts with Maximus Consulting Services, Inc to conduct a cost study and prepare an annual Indirect Cost Rate Proposal (ICRP) and an optional courtrooms and hearing rooms unit cost (CRHR UC) for each county.
Clerks of Court submit the requested data to https://edi.maximus.com. The Program's Contract Manager, Karen L. Spivey, sends a transmittal letter which includes: the due date, your username and password, and the data list. Information in the data list includes the Clerk of Court Information Form, the Indirect Cost Rate Proposal Information Requirements, and the Optional: Unit Cost for Title IV-D Hearings Information Requirements.
