eFile and Pay Documentary Stamp Tax - Registered Users

Beginning June 1, 2026, a dedicated eServices transition support line is available for documentary stamp tax. This line will be operational for three months to assist taxpayers transition to the new system. If you experience problems completing a return or payment within the new system, please contact the support line at (850) 201-FLMiscTax (850-201-3568) for assistance.

Taxpayers registered with the Florida Department of Revenue can enroll for an eServices account and to receive a user ID and password. To learn more about the benefits of enrollment, visit Enroll to eFile and Pay.

Enrolled users can use the "Log In with User ID and Password" button below to electronically file returns and make payments. Registered taxpayers who are not enrolled must use another file and pay option.

Effective June 1, 2026, documentary stamp tax has moved to a new eFile and Pay system. Taxpayers are still able to log in using their current user ID and password or alternate credentials.

To retain copies of prior documentary stamp tax returns, taxpayers must log in to the prior system and download their records. Filing history will remain accessible through August 31, 2026. After that date, access to the prior system will be disabled.

Alternatively, taxpayers may request copies at any time by submitting a Request for Copy of Tax Return (Form DR-841), available on the Department's Forms and Publications page under the Account Management and Registration section.
