When using Sales Tax Data please be mindful that there is a delay between the economic activity generating the tax and the reporting in these tables. Generally, collections are one month after the activity and distributions are two months after the activity. There may be different delays for different tax sources. If you have specific questions about timing of an activity relative to the reporting here, then please contact the Office of Tax Research using the information at the bottom of this page.

Miscellaneous Shared Taxes reports include severance - oil and gas, severance - minerals, county tax on motor fuels and rental car surcharge.
