Please delete bookmarks or favorites you may have added on your computer for this system. Follow the links from the Information for Local Government Officials webpage to return to the remittance system needed, and then save your book mark or favorite again.

Medicaid Reimbursement Remittance System

Medicaid reimbursements are remitted using the Medicaid Reimbursement Remittance System.

Remittances are due on a monthly basis. The municipality or county officer must complete the online transaction before 5:00 p.m., ET, on the last working day before the fifth day of the month. For a list of payment due dates, review the Department's Florida eServices Calendar of Electronic Payment Deadlines for Municipalities and County Officers (Form DR-659C PDF Icon).

If a county fails to remit the payment, the monthly half-cent fund distribution to the county will be reduced pursuant to Section 218.61, Florida Statutes (F.S.); and if necessary, the monthly revenue sharing distribution will be reduced pursuant to Section 218.26, F.S.
