The proposed amendments provide procedures to allow financial institutions to elect to participate in the Federally Assisted State Transmitted (FAST) data exchange to receive secure levy notifications and data electronically. In addition, forms used by the Child Support Program are updated to provide a notice may be issued to recipients of public assistance from the State of Florida that have not returned required documents to the Department and provide for online scheduling of appointments to submit samples for required genetic testing to establish paternity and child support obligations.
