Purpose:
The purpose of the proposed amendment of Rule 12E-1.011, F.A.C. (Lottery Intercept), is to reflect the procedure specified in the Department's 2024 Interagency Agreement with the Department of the Lottery and incorporate the Verification of Past Due Support Lottery Intercepts form (CS-EF161).
The purpose of proposed Rule 12E-1.032, F.A.C. (Electronic Remittance of Support Payments), is to update procedure, revise forms (CS-FM42, CS-FM43, and CS-FM47), and remove an obsolete form (CS-FM48).
The purpose of proposed Rule 12E-1.039, F.A.C. (Request for Services), is to clarify the information the Department needs to begin providing services and to amend the Request for More Information form (CS-ES54).
The purpose of proposed Rule 12E-1.041, F.A.C. (Review for Modification), is to update procedure, clarify the requirement to document a change in circumstances, and revise forms (CS-POBB, CS-POBC, and CS-POBJ).
