You can
register online for sales and use tax, solid waste fees and surcharge (including gross receipts tax on dry cleaning), reemployment tax, communications services tax, documentary stamp tax, gross receipts tax on electrical power or gas, severance taxes, prepaid wireless fee, or Miami-Dade County Lake Belt fees.
You may also complete a
Florida Business Tax Application (Form DR-1
). If adding an additional location or additional taxes to an existing location, use the
Application for Registered Businesses to Add a New Florida Location (Form DR-1A
).
To collectively register transient rentals as a property manager, use the
Application for Collective Registration of Living or Sleeping Accommodations (Form DR-1C).
To register as a forwarding agent, use the
Application for a Florida Certificate of Forwarding Agent Address (Form DR-1FA
). This form cannot be filed electronically.
To register for motor fuel tax or pollutants tax, use the
Florida Fuel or Pollutants Application (Form DR-156
) contained in the
Registration Package for Motor Fuel and/or Pollutants Registrants (GT-400401
).
For a Secondhand Dealer/Secondary Metals Recycler License, use the
Registration Application for Secondhand Dealers and Secondary Metals Recyclers (Form DR-1S
).
For exemption from sales and use tax for nonprofit organizations, schools, and government entities, use the
Application for a Consumer’s Certificate of Exemption (Form DR-5
).
