2025 NCCSD Annual Conference

Get ready to join us for the 2025 NCCSD Annual Meeting and Conference at Amelia Island, Florida from August 17–20! An Employer Symposium is also planned to follow the conference on August 20–21. Accommodations

The meeting, conference, and symposuim will be held at the OMNI Amelia Island. The resort conference rate is $219 per night plus taxes and fees. Reserve your room at the conference rate by July 18. You may reserve your room for an extended stay before or after the conference (August 13–23) at the special rate. A one-night deposit for room, taxes and fees is required when making your reservation. Rooms can be cancelled 7 days prior to arrival day.

The OMNI is located near the following airports:

About 4 miles (about 12 minutes) from Fernandina Beach Municipal Airport (FHB)
About 29 miles (about 45 minutes) from Jacksonville International Airport (JAX)
Estimated ride-share (such as Uber or Lyft) costs are between $40–$60 from the Jacksonville International Airport (JAX)
Travel arrangements to and from the OMNI and Jacksonville International Airport (JAX) may be made with the following vendors. Please contact vendors for rates.

If you are driving to the resort, parking fees include:

Self-parking on site for a conference discount at $19 per night
Valet parking for $40 per night
