Welcome to the Department of Revenue's Workforce Transition Center
All state agencies are required to have a Workforce Transition Plan approved by the Department of Management Services, to ensure agencies make reasonable efforts to provide a smooth transition for employees adversely affected by a workforce reduction. The Office of Workforce Management prepared these resources to support the agency in the event that a workforce reduction of filled positions should become a reality in the future.
This website includes information helpful to anyone leaving the agency for any reason, such as retirement, a change in residence to another area, or a new job outside of Revenue.
