Consumers can purchase qualifying children's diapers and clothing exempt from tax during the 2022-2023 Children's Diapers and Clothing Sales Tax Exemptions. Passed by the Florida Legislature and signed into law by Gov. Ron DeSantis, the sales tax exemptions begin Friday, July 1, 2022, and extend through Friday, June 30, 2023. The Department of Revenue created this webpage to provide information and promotional materials for consumers, businesses, and other interested parties.
