Already have a card?
The smiONE Visa Prepaid Card is a prepaid card you can use to make purchases or cash withdrawals. This option will automatically put support payments in your smiONE Prepaid Card account.
Cards cannot be forwarded. If your mailing address has changed since your card was issued, call Florida State Disbursement Unit Customer Service at 1-877-769-0251 to update your address information.
Direct Deposit will automatically put support payments into your checking or savings account.
Already have direct deposit?
If you receive your payments by direct deposit, contact your bank for deposit information.
More Information About Your Payments
Florida law requires us to send support payments electronically. You can choose to receive your child support payments by direct deposit or on the smiONE Visa Prepaid Card. If you do not make a choice, we will send you a payment card. We no longer send paper checks. Usually support payments will be put on your payment card or direct deposited in your checking or savings account two days after we process the payment.

If you had an open case with us before August 1, 2016, your support payments may have been put on a Florida Debit MasterCard. If you have never received, activated or pinned your card, search here to see if you may have payments available.
