Purpose:    The purpose of the draft amendments to Rule 12B-12.005, F.A.C. (Registration), is to specify that Form DR-156, Florida Fuel or Pollutants Tax Application, is to include the required attachments and to clarify that pollutant tax licenses must be renewed annually.
