Purpose:    The purpose of proposed new rule is to provide procedures for an individual whose certification has expired to apply for reinstatement of their certification.

Note: This rule will be renumbered as a technical change from 12-9.0077 to Rule 12D-19.020, F.A.C., after promulgation of rules in Chapter 12-9 is complete. This will ensure consistency with rule numbering, as all Property Tax rules will be found in Rule Chapter 12D.
