Purpose:    These rule changes are necessary to revise Part II of Chapter 12-25, F.A.C., in order to simplify and clarify the process for conducting a certified audit pursuant to Section 213.285, F.S. Revisions to this rule resulted in a substantial rewording of the rule. The paragraphs of the rule were reorganized for consistency with other Departmental Rules with respect to forms incorporated by reference, as well as to present the rule language in a logical order. Some paragraphs from the original rule text were moved into other rules so that like processes are kept together. During the rule review process, the Department decided to revise the original forms incorporated by reference and retitle the rule and forms to accurately reflect the process described within the rule.
