Costs

The Child Support Program can collect costs that are owed from a legal action and that are past-due by 30 days.

Costs may be ordered by the court when a legal action is completed. If a parent owes costs that are more than 30 days past-due, the Child Support Program will send the parent a notice to pay the costs. The Program may also collect costs from an employer as part of a bonus or if you have lottery winnings.
